At Taste of Tradition, food isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. Chef Sanam Nadeem grew up in Karachi, where food is deeply rooted in culture. Her childhood was spent surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of bustling markets, traditional kitchens, and the delightful aromas of spices like cumin, garam masala, and turmeric. After moving to Perth, she knew she wanted to share the traditional recipes and cooking techniques she had learned with the local community.
Chef Sanam Nadeem’s goal is simple: to bring you the same flavorful meals she grew up with, cooked with love and care. Each recipe is handed down from generations of home cooks in Karachi and the wider regions of Pakistan. From the crispy, golden pakoras to the tender, spiced meat dishes, Taste of Tradition offers authentic, homemade meals that stay true to the flavors of Pakistan.
